True story of some of the escapades encountered by Captain Peter Mason while in Britain's famed SAS (Special Air Service) and later the British Secret Service.
Captain Peter Mason was controversial to be sure... but this larger than life character really did exist... I corresponded with him in his later retirement years when he and his wife Pru (Prudence) lived just south of Ponoka, Alberta, Canada. Captain Mason was kind enough to sign this book as well as two copies of the book "Clandestine Warfare", which he co-authored with Keith Melton and James Ladd. As a side note, his book "Clandestine Warfare" was actually banned by the British Government and he lost his British retirement over it.
Official Assassin is a good read and is highly collectable.
